    DESCRIPTION

    This new pen has been created based on the DNA of the Aero but with very different and futuristic style. ELOX comes from “eloxieren” which means anodization in German. We chose this name to emphasize that we innovate again using a double anodization process, very unique to make this pen. Full black anodization in matt, then turning of the rings, then second anodization in shiny orange provides this matte and shiny combination. The nib section is also in orange anodized aluminium.

    Diplomat Elox Writing Black/Orange comes with Matt Black trims and is Cartridge, Converter (Included) filling mechanism. It is enhanced with a precision Stainless Steel #6 nib made JoWo. It comes packaged in a nice and elegant gift box."

    Had to order twice as I spilled almost all of my first bottle.

    First scented ink for me and it really put to shame the next ones I got. Has the smell of Kopiko sweet. This has a very pronounced and bold smell unlike other perfumed inks that has a faint mild smell. Really made my room smell like coffee when I accidentally spilled most of the ink of a full bottle. But I ordered another immediately as the ink was that good.

    Coming to the color of the ink It has a nice dark brown color with some shading as well. No Sheen observed in TR68 paper. The ink isn't that dry but not very free flowing either. There's some viscosity to the ink. Not sure how it would perform on a dry feeding Pen. But this ink really deserves a wet medium to broad nib to put down that much ink to make the room smell nice as well as see the shading of the ink.
