    The colour of the pen as seen in the Amazon AAP was a much brighter Blue as compared to the actual pen. Other wise OK. Not great

    An everyday use class pen

    A good design and a quality Indian product. Its for everyday use and has a good ergonomic design with smoothness for writing miles and miles. The trimming plating quality needs improvement so that rust or blackening doesn't happen easily if its kept dry and safely even if the pen is used across generations. The nib initially like many fountain pens seem a little uneven but a few pages under its smooth as butter. Its bit bold even when the nib is fine, but that thickness is hardly noticeable. Overall its a great pen and as Indian product its really a great value to writing and my collection. Fountain pens need to be adopted, loved, admired and sustained since its much above pollution and resilient to climate impact compared to ball points and roller pens. I use fountain pens from childhood and except for few specific purposes like signing cheques or important documents, etc, fountain pens are green future for humanity. So happy writing with this pen and ofcourse the fast & safe delivery with great price from onlinemantra is the most refreshing aspect of the purchase. Thanks

    I’ll admit I was skeptical about the Hongdian C1 at first, particularly since I rarely use fine nibs.
    However, any hesitation vanished the moment I put pen to paper. The writing experience is truly charming and smooth. I’m also impressed by the included converter, which holds a generous amount of ink.

    It has quickly become a staple in my daily rotation—so much so that I’ve already purchased four more! I have gifted the white one to one of my friends who also become very happy. The yellow one is hijacked immediately by my daughter!
