    DESCRIPTION

The Sailor World Tea time Ink Bottle Japanese Tea Ceremony inspired by tea drinking traditions of the world. The writing instruments were designed not only in the image of the tea itself, but also the ornate utensils and sweetener that play essential roles in the tea ritual long cherished by people. The bottled ink for fountain pens completes the collection with an original color we created to celebrate each tea flavor. The fifth collection to join the Teatime Around the World series is Japanese Tea Ceremony "Cha-no-yu". The host boils water and stirs each cup of tea to perfection, delighting guests with a graceful ritual from start to finish, with an air of peacefulness. This centuries - old tradition still appreciated today, began around the 15th century with Sen no Rikyu, a person responsible for giving rise and the flourishing of Japanese tea Ceremony culture. He is sometimes referred to as the saint of tea, Everything from the teahouse setting, utensils, sweet delicacies and to the tea itself, embodies the deep spirituality and aesthetics rooted in Japanese heritage. Japanese Tea Ceremony Koicha (thick tea) is made with a generous heaping of Matcha powder kneaded with a small amount of hot water. Enjoying Koicha plays an important role as the highlight of Japanese tea ceremonies. The color of this original ink by Sailor Pen is inspired by the enticing color of Koicha.

Sailor pens was established in 1911 in Japan, becoming the first to produce fountain pens in their home country. They have subsequently built a first-class reputation in the manufacture of the highest quality nibs, with all parts made in their own factory in Hiroshima.
