    DESCRIPTION

The Laban Taroko fountain pen collection is inspired by their motherland Taiwan an amazing island in South East Asia where there’s astonishing nature. Caves, gorges, forest, and more in the Taroko National Park. These breathtaking landscapes are telling stories about life and nature that inspired us to write and record. The Laban Taroko pen is a classic cigarette shape fine fountain pen, which is lighter and thinner than the Laban Mento fountain pens. The Laban Taroko fountain pen uses a stainless steel nib that is embossed with the Laban logo and uses a cartrdige/converter filling mechanism.

Laban was established in Houtong, Taiwan, founded in 1981, by John Hu and his brother, who initially focused on crafting silver-plated and rhodium-plated writing instruments. They create high-quality writing instruments with exquisite and unique designs that mix various cultures and religions. Laban believes that "the intention of making a pen is close to the palm of the writer, and using a pen is about conveying thoughts. A pen is a tool. But, what we write, is the affection that modern technology cannot translate"
