    DESCRIPTION

    Diplomat introduces the Excellence A plus series further extending its Excellence A series by a superior version, which in addition is equipped with a spring-loaded clip and a screw-on cap. Here the end user can choose between two versions of high-quality Excellence versions appropiate to its writing habits and needs. Firstly, with a short rotation of only 1/3 turns the cap can be easily and silently unscrewed from the barrel. Secondly, the spring-loaded clip is made of solid metal. Maintaining the Diplomat-typical shape of the clip with stylised flower logo. This new guilloche combines matt black lacquer with an elegant decor inspired by the waves of sand formed by the wind in the heart of the Saharan desert. Diplomat Excellence Fountain Pen Wave Guilloche Lapis Black 14K comes fitted with our precision bi-colour 14K Gold Nib. You get an option to choose from Extra Fine, Fine, Medium and Broad.

    Very good budget pen for daily use

    I’ll admit I was skeptical about the Hongdian C1 at first, particularly since I rarely use fine nibs.
    However, any hesitation vanished the moment I put pen to paper. The writing experience is truly charming and smooth. I’m also impressed by the included converter, which holds a generous amount of ink.

    It has quickly become a staple in my daily rotation—so much so that I’ve already purchased four more! I have gifted the white one to one of my friends who also become very happy. The yellow one is hijacked immediately by my daughter!
