This new pen has been created based on the DNA of the Aero but with a very different and futuristic style. ELOX comes from “eloxieren” which means anodization in German. We chose this name to emphasize that we innovate again using a double anodization process, very unique to make this pen. Full black anodization in matt, then turning of the rings, then second anodization in shiny Purple provides this matte and shiny combination. The nib section is also in Purple anodized aluminum. The Diplomat Elox is based on the ever-popular Aero model. Its distinctive feature is the contrasting coloured bands that are evenly spread out along the cap and barrel.
