The Visconti Mirage Mythos Aphrodite GT Fountain Pen is a luxury writing instrument inspired by Greek mythology, featuring purple resin fountain pen with bronze shading is named after Aphrodite, the goddess of love and beauty. Daughter of Zeus, her most recognizable symbols are the dove and the sparrow. The cap elegantly closes with a magnetic twist closure, and is accented by gold-plated trim. The center ring is engraved with the inscription, MYTHOS, and a V to emulate a stylized Mount Olympus. The brass grip section has a soft brushed satin finish. The pen is completed with a large #6 steel nib with a yellow gold vermeil finish, made by Schmidt in Germany. A converter is included, and it also accepts standard international short cartridges.
