To fill, Unscrew the barrel of the pen from the grip section. Take an eyedropper and fill it with your preferred ink. Slowly drop the ink into the barrel of the pen until it is about 3/4 full. Be careful not to overfill the pen, as this can cause leaks. Screw the barrel back onto the grip section, making sure it is tightened securely. Hold the pen nib down and turn the filling knob at the end of the barrel counterclockwise to release the air inside. Turn the knob back clockwise to fill the pen with ink.
