    The Sailor Pigment Ink Seiboku is a Blue Black colour pigment Ink. The 50ml cube shaped glass bottle has a sturdy design. This pigmented blue black ink is a favorite of artists and sketchers for its water resistance. Sailor fountain pen ink is made in Japan, and is very well behaved, has good flow, and is easy to rinse out of your fountain pen.

    Sailor pens was established in 1911 in Japan, becoming the first to produce fountain pens in their home country. They have subsequently built a first-class reputation in the manufacture of the highest quality nibs, with all parts made in their own factory in Hiroshima.
