The Colorverse Fountain Pen Soap is a specialized cleaning solution designed to help maintain fountain pens and restore smooth ink flow. It is formulated to remove residual ink dyes and stubborn ink deposits from components such as nibs, feeds, and converters when ordinary water is not sufficient. The 100 ml bottle provides an effective solution for regular fountain pen maintenance, while the set also includes a 40 ml empty bottle for convenient preparation and application of diluted cleaning solution.
For regular maintenance, use a concentration of 1 part pen soap to 4 parts water, filling the empty bottle to the "P" and "W" markings respectively. Draw the solution into your pen and let it sit for five minutes. Empty the solution from the pen and draw air into the pen until the soap creates bubbles, then rinse with lukewarm water until the water runs clear. For pens with heavy stains or dried ink, use a ratio of 1 part soap to 1 part water or undiluted soap instead.
