This 12 faceted Taccia Kaku-Tate Urushi Ume-Gasane Fountain Pen gets its inspiration from science and geometrical balance. Simple design with contrast lines emphasises the Japanese tradition of minimalism. Each ebonite pen is coated with layers of Urushi lacquer by expert Japanese craftsmen. The barrel is painstakingly sanded to bring out the intricate 12-sided shape and the duo-tone contrast from the Urushi lacquer underneath. An additional layer of Urushi is then applied to protect and seal the polished surface. Since each pen is handcrafted by expert Japanese craftsmen it makes every fountain pen a unique and individual masterpiece.

Taccia Kaku-Tate Urushi Fountain Pen Ume-Gasane comes with Gold trim and has a Cartridge, Converter (Included) filing mechanism. It comes enhanced with a 14K Gold nib made by Sailor, Japan.
