The Waldmann Grandeur Burgundy/Silver Fountain Pen is a magnificent and sophisticated writing instrument full of dignity and grandeur. Impressive and monumental in appearance and at the same time delicate & ornamental in detail and workmanship. Each Waldmann Grandeur fountain pen is made from 925 sterling silver. The multi-layered transparent Burgundy lacquer on the barrel allows for the engraved wave pattern to shine through, made with the Guilloché technique. The cap features a pinstripe pattern also made by Guilloché technique. All trim parts are plated with platinum. The cap screws on/off and posts securely onto the back of the barrel when writing. The fountain pen has a two-tone 18k gold nib or high-quality stainless steel nib, both providing a smooth and refined writing experience, and fills via standard international cartridge/converter. Waldmann pens are made in Germany.
